IVG Colbachini CZ s.r.o. recognizes the importance of the protection of personal data, undertakes to respect the privacy of users, to treat private data with caution and confidentiality and not to use them for purposes other than those specified below.
Because of this, this policy describes how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information is provided pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003, as applicable, to those who interact with the web services of IVG Colbachini CZ s.r.o. Data and purpose of the processing
IVG Colbachini CZ s.r.o. informs the sites’ users that the data collected will be used exclusively for the purposes specified herewith.
The data being processed are browsing data and data provided voluntarily by the user.
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is
not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but due to its very nature, could allow users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given to the server and other parameters related to the operating system and to the users computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses provided by site, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to the requests, as well as any other personal data contained
in the message. Specification of any summary information is reported or displayed on the pages of the Site prepared for the services on request, so as to draw the attention of the person concerned on the processing of his personal data.
IVG Colbachini CZ s.r.o. will use the data collected for:
a) purposes related to the use of the services offered by the site (site navigation);
b) activities strictly connected and instrumental to managing relationships with customers and potential co-operators (contact requests);
c) marketing activities, solely and exclusively with the specific consent of the user, aimed at market research; economic and statistical analyzes; sending of advertising / informative / promotional material, sending of newsletters, also in relation to programs and promotions, including online, communications, development and maintenance of business relationships.
d) process the data related to curricula for evaluation of job applications. The provision of data for the purposes referred to in subparagraphs c) d) is optional and must be provided in accordance with the methods expressly set out in Article 7 of the GDPR.
Provided that there is no dissent, the Data Controller may continue to send to its customers commercial communications relating to services similar to those they are already using.
Method of treatment
Data processing will be carried out pursuant to art. 4 n. 2) of the GDPR, by means of the following operations: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. The data will be submitted to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing. Starting from receipt / update, the data will be processed for a period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case, in compliance with the laws in force. Communication and data transfer
The data, object of the treatment, will not be disseminated: Instead, the data may be transferred, for the purposes indicated in this statement, to third parties, including business partners, consultants and freelancers, banks and credit institutions, insurance companies, financial companies, factoring, leasing, services, management and credit recovery, auditors, debt collection companies, public bodies, auditing or supervisory bodies, to fulfill obligations deriving from the law, regulations, community regulations or for aspects concerning the management and execution of the legal relationship with you, or occurred. Personal data will be passed to the competent Authorities, upon their specific request, in order to pursue any wrongdoers committed.
The data will be processed by the following subjects:
- Employees of the Company, who act as authorized people, to process the data according to the tasks performed and adequately educated.
- Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR.
The list of the people in charge of the processing of personal data, is available at the registered office of IVG Colbachini CZ s.r.o. For all the purposes indicated in this statement, the data may also be transferred abroad, inside and outside the European Union, in compliance with the rights and guarantees provided for by current legislation.
Rights of the interested party
It should be noted that, in your place as the interested party, at any time you may request any of the following:
a) access to personal data;
b) their correction in case of inaccuracy;
c) cancellation
d) the limitation of treatment;
e) the right to oppose the processing of data where the conditions are met;
d) the right to the portability of data, i.e. to receive, in a structured format of common use and readable by automatic device, the personal data provided.
Although not expressly provided for by the provisions referred to above, reference should be made to the legislation in force on the subject of Privacy and specifically to articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR.
Withdrawal of consent
Consent may be revoked at any time without this causing:
- prejudice the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;
- to prejudice further processing of the same data based on other legal bases such as contractual or legal obligations.
